We are excited to announce that Phase I of our online banking system upgrade is complete. The new system went live at 11:00 a.m. today (Monday, April 19, 2021) as scheduled. All customers can now utilize one, unified online banking system regardless of whether their account originated at Riverstone Bank, Eagle State Bank, or Tri Valley Bank.
Online banking facilitates the transfer of funds between accounts and allows users to check account balances, review deposits, and more. Our upgraded system also makes it possible to sign up for e-statements and view/print statements online. Additional features will be integrated over the coming months, as we progress through the remaining phases of implementation.
The new online banking system is now accessible at BankRiverstone.com. Information about how to log in to the upgraded platform was mailed to all existing online banking customers the week of April 12, 2021. It is important to note that the “Retail” button referenced in the instructions is actually labeled “Online Banking Login” on our online banking page. Account history and internal auto transfers will be carried over into the upgraded system.
As a reminder, any browser bookmarks set to the old Eagle State Bank and Tri Valley Bank websites should be removed because they will no longer work. Customers must go to the new BankRiverstone.com website to access online banking. Those who have an account with us and wish to sign-up for online banking, can select the “Online Banking Login” button and complete the enrollment form. It’s that easy!
